Background:
In the context of introducing FIBA-endorsed 3vs3 basketball in Luxembourg, the national basketball federation hosted a competition for Sport Management students to compile a strategic report with recommendations to help guide the FLBB's approach to developing this novel sport. My 23-page report was deemed the most in-depth and informative submission and therefore selected by the federation as the winner of the competition.

The strategic plan addressed a wide range of areas: It brought forward the overall conditions and requirements set by FIBA that would need to be followed by the FLBB, assessed the Federation itself and its position in the current national sporting landscape while presenting valuable internal and external factors worth considering, provided a concise list of required resources (human, financial, material, facilities etc.), and concluded with an action plan (marketing, events, finances, sponsoring, etc.) to be followed by the Federation to successfully establish 3vs3 basketball in Luxembourg.
